# Usage

Type: object

Active contacts counted so far in the usage month that overage is charged for. Usage months follow the subscription's billing: renewal to renewal for a monthly plan, whole shorter cycles adding up to about 30 days, or months counted from the start of a longer period. They run between UTC midnights; periodEnd is when usage resets. Present with terms once the month has been counted.
