# How do I remove a property in Flownally?

This article explains how to **remove a property** from your workspace. Follow these steps to remove old or inactive assets using list or tile view. This keeps your property portfolio updated.

## Before you start

Before removing a properties, make sure there are no properties in your workspace that have no bookings assigned to them.

## How to remove a property

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the **Properties** tab.

3. You can remove a property in two different ways depending on the view of the Properties section:
	- In tile view:
		1. Hover over a property.
		2. Click on the three dots.

		3. Click on the **Delete** button.

	- In list view:
		1. Hover over a property.

		2. Click on the **Delete** icon to the right of the property.

## What happens after removing a property?

After removing a property, the asset profile disappears from your workspace completely. The system stops showing this location in your active property lists. You can no longer assign new guest bookings to this address.

## Troubleshooting

### Disconnect icon does not appear

Sometimes browser cache can get delayed. Fix this by clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

### Property is still listed after disconnection

This can happen, when a server has temporary synchronization lag. Refresh your browser window to see the updated status.
