## What happens after inviting a new member?

After inviting a new member, an email invitation is sent to the specified address. The user will appear in your members list with a pending status until they accept the invite and create an account.

## Troubleshooting

### Invitation email not received

Sometimes it can be filtered into a spam folder. They need to check their spam or junk folder to find the link.

### Invite link expired

This happens when the invite token times out. In that situation you must and send a new invitation.

### Request failed: 409

This can happen if the email address you're trying to use for the new member has been used in another Flownally workspace. Please contact the owner of that email address for more information or use a different email address for this agent.
