Before you start
Before removing an event type, make sure you have a custom event type available in your workspace list.
Important: You cannot remove event types marked as SYSTEM.
How to remove an event type
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Go to the Event types section.
- Hover over the event type.
- Click on the Delete icon to the right of the event type.
What happens after removing an event type?
After removing an event type, the entry is permanently deleted from your configuration panel. The system stops tracking this activity and removes it from your automation trigger menus immediately.
Troubleshooting
Delete icon hidden
This happens because the selected item is a system event. You cannot delete these core properties from your workspace.
Event is still triggered after deletion
This is caused by a temporary browser storage cache lag. You must clear your cache and reload the dashboard.
